Chic hotel, had great stay.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and cool room. The breakfast was not expensive and good with a quite great assortment, and the staff where honest!

The bed was extra comfy. Location near Jiexpo. Varied and delicious breakfast. Attentive staff. Nice room for two. 24-hour room service. Clean and safe hotel. Non-crowded with selfie opportunities.

Great Service and Comfortable Rooms

During my recent stay at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. When we arrived, we requested a non-smoking room, and although initially unavailable, they quickly accommodated our request and found us a suitable room. The front desk staff, Ayang and Winda, were incredibly helpful and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The buffet breakfast provided was satisfactory, although nothing extraordinary. However, we enjoyed it and found it to be a decent start to the day.
